FAQ'S
Sometimes we all just need a helping hand.
You will find help documents for using the donation form if you get stuck.
We are not a charity, just a cause.
This website was created for the sole purpose of delivering funds to the client (Jo Griffith). We are not a charity and as such cannot issue Tax deductible donations. Your donations is a gift which you receive nothing from us in return, except the joy that you have helped Jo in her fight against Cancer.
Payment Providers
This website uses the following Payment providers to receive and process transactions.
Stripe https://stripe.com/
The Website it-self does not hold, nor does it process the transaction.
The website content is encrypted between the server and you, so your comments and personal details like name and email address are protected from eavesdropping at all times. The payment is processed in an iframe which is entirely hosted and encrypted, between you and the payment provider offering you complete peace of mind that your details whilst typing them in and in transit for processing are entirely safe from eavesdropping (man in the middle attacks).
This site does store information about your donation amount, your first and last name, and your email address, and any messages you left for the cause this information is provided for Jo Griffith for the purposes of account keeping and Tax, we are required by law to hold a copy of this information for up to 7 years, and then the information can be destroyed.
If you require your personal information exported and removed as part of GDPR compliance please send an email with your request to legal@fundraiser.net.au

What is this charge from 'GRIFFITH CRAIG SUPPORT ROSTREVOR' on my credit / debit card?
At fundraiser.net.au we stand by making sure all donations go direct to the cause that we are hosting. As such your credit card statement wont reflect the site name, but in-fact reflect the current causes choice. Jo Griffith and Simon Craig (Jo’s partner) have a joint Stripe account and named it GRIFFITH CRAIG SUPPORT ROSTREVOR.
You can access your previous donation history at any time, by navigating too https://fundraiser.net.au/account/donation-history/ and entering the email you used at checkout, validating the special link and accessing your entire donation history. If you are still having issues jump over to our contact page for support.
Payment Issues - Enable Popups
We’ve had a number of people have issues on the donation page. Please contact us directly to find out the cause and fix it. However one problem that has been occurring is Safari blocking the Stripe Checkout which pops up in a new window. Please enable popups for this site.
To do this.
- Launch Settings.
- Tap Safari.
- Under the General section, click the toggle next to Block Pop-ups to enable or disable the pop-up blocker. A green toggle indicates an enabled pop-up blocker.

Payment Declined
Your card may have been declined for a number of reasons.
CVC doesn’t match what the bank has on file. (this includes your postcode and address).
When a card payment is submitted to your customer’s card issuer for authorization, Stripe provides the CVC, postal code, and billing street address for them to verify (if collected). The card issuer checks this against the information they have on file for the cardholder. If the provided information doesn’t match, the verification check fails. A failed CVC or postal code check can indicate the payment is fraudulent, so you should review it carefully before fulfilling the order.
Funds not Available:
If your card doesn’t have enough in there to fulfil the transaction the transaction will fail instead of overdrawing your account. This way neither of us incur charges.
The bank returned the decline code `do_not_honor`.
Unfortunately there’s not much we can do our end, you will have to try another card. It could be that your banks security has blocked online orders and won’t allow a transaction like this. You can ring them up an ask. Sometimes they group certain types of payments as red flags and stop the payment. Be sure to check with your bank as to the error, and drop us a support ticket if there’s something we can fix on our end.
